FILTAKLEEN INDEMNITY GUARANTEE
We are pleased to inform you that the position taken by the vehicle engine manufactures is that the fitting of a Filtakleen System will not invalidate their warranty with the provision that, in the unlikely event of any damage occurring which can be directly attributed to the Filtakleen Unit, this will be the responsibility of Filtakleen.
In this regard we have arranged a full $1,000,000,00 product indemnity through American States Insurance Co., and in addition we also offer to our customers two-year guarantee in respects to the Filtakleen Unit.
We can state that our experience and the history of our product extends over 19 years in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. There is no recorded claim arising out of the use of our product, or loss of warranty. However, should any suspicion arise that an engine failure may have actually been caused by the fitting of the Filtakleen System, we ask you to inform us immediately, take one quart of oil from the sump, half for submission to the oil company and half or submission for independent analysis.
