I thought I would write you this letter telling you about how your Filtakleen filter saved our company a large sum of money.

We have been running Filtakleen on some of our engines and hydraulic systems and have had great success. Our hydraulic systems have not had a failure since we have had the Filtakleen filter installed on them and we have eliminated our oil changes from 2 a month to 2 a year.

One item I thought you might be interested in, is an install we did trying to solve a $1800.00 transmission problem. We figured that since we have Filtakleen installed on engines and hydraulics why not on a transmission?

The vehicle was a 1996 Ford 1-ton with an E4LD automatic transmission. We had lost over-drive in the transmission with approximately 61,000 miles on the truck. Our mechanic asked if he could install a Filtakleen unit on the transmission before purchasing another transmission, so we authorized the unit to be installed.

After the transmission install, the truck had about 64,500 miles on the odometer. We were traveling across the Opal flats when all of a sudden the truck kicked into overdrive, we were concerned that the truck might have some problems getting to the job, but we had no problems. When we returned back to the shop, we changed the replacement cartridge in the Filtakleen filter and it was very black and dirty. We now have 77,821 miles on the truck, and the transmission is working as good as new.

We believe in this product and have installed it on many of our trucks and equipment. We hope to keep a working relationship with your company and to keep installing this great Flitakleen filter on our future equipment.

With reference to our conversation concerning the Filtakleen Filter System.

We have been running the Filtakleen System for over 4 years now and have been completely satisfied to the performance. The filter has saved us time and a great deal of money, as well as keeping our engines running cleaner.

Having now been successfully using the Filtakleen By-Pass Oil Filtration system in our transport operation for over seven years, I feel that a letter of endorsement of your product is about due.

As you are aware as the premier parcel service we run one of the largest fleets in the country covering an annual mileage of 100 million miles each year.

Our experience to date has taught us that we can rely totally upon Filtakleen system and your engineering services.
