The
material used in the Filtakleen element (which is made of a cellulose fibre
based tissue of pure pulp from crop
grown timbers specially made in Finland for Filtakleen), removes any water content
in the oil and thus reduces, dramatically the acids normally formed in the engine.
This action takes away the workload normally placed upon the alkaline additives
and this
means your T.B.N. number stays healthy for a much greater period of time. One
