The Non-Electric Oil Pump requiring only an air supply of between 80 to 100 p.s.i. to operate, the oil pump is extremely simple in its operation.
The top oil filled reservoir, on a set time according to your requirements, fills a bottom chamber with oil. As the chamber is filling, the weight of the oil pushes the pump diaphragm down until a toggle switch opens the air inlet.
As the incoming air returns the diaphragm to its starting position the oil is pushed from the chamber along the delivery line going to the flow meters, where the oil is delivered to the machine lube point or wire brush if lubing a moving conveyer or drive chain.
The pump is self-priming so only requires filling. With a sight glass on the side of the pump reservoir it is easy to see when this is needed.

The Flow Meters The oil flow meters are in varying sizes of volume so the exact amount of oil required for the lube point can be selected. In addition they will often be connected via a steel tube to a nylon or wire brush to allow the lubrication of moving parts often found on food machinery, conveyors, airport baggage carousels etc.
