What is the Value of
a Portable Filter Cart?
For many companies, maintenance costs are soaring out of control and drastically
reducing the bottom line of the company. Equipment downtime from failure is
drastic and very expensive.
There are many solutions to improving your overall equipment reliability, but probably one of the most simple and cost effective programs is a "Lube Oil Contamination Control Program".
Why? Because internal wear leads to costly maintenance and eventually - failure - which relates to downtime, replacement parts labor costs, and eventually replacement. Therefore: If you can reduce internal wear, you can obtain continuous savings throughout the life of the equipment.
Typically about 80% of internal equipment wear is produced from lube oil contaminants less than 10 micron. The sand blast effect of dirty oil under 5,000 lbs of pressure wears seals, hoses and pumps. By cleaning the oil maintenance costs are dramatically reduced.
