Most factory recommended oil changes are at 200 hours of run time for construction equipment. And on the hydraulic system, every 600 to 800 hours. That will consist of, down time, and oil disposal costs. The average equipment runs up to 10,000 hours before it's major overhaul is scheduled. That could be up to 50 oil changes and 13 hydraulic system changes. That is, if there are no major problems in that 10,000 hours.
A factory engine oil system will filter down to 15 microns on an average piece of equipment, but what if we could filter that same piece of equipment down to 1 micron ? That would prevent the particles that do the most engine damage from ever getting into the engine, and we could see double the engine life. Engine damage starts at 4 to 6 microns shows a "General Motors Company" contamination chart, and by just filtering the oil down to 5 microns, they have seen an 8 fold savings on engine wear and down time.

Oil sampling, with the Filtakleen product, has proven that fuel soot will be reduced and the TBN of the oil will stay higher.This means oil drain intervals may be increased up to 10 times if desired. With the FILTAKLEEN filtering system, 100% of the water, can be removed. A hydraulic system creates high temperatures. This also creates condensation.
